Why does not my black ops download videos on my pc?

I took some videos of Duty Call me playing Black and tried to transfer operations to the computer using the tool of Theater in the game All the clips I've done has been less than 30 seconds after I put my xbox says it is available to view http://www.callofduty.com/theater through my computer, but when I go there, my video is not shown. It took a couple of screen shots that worked very well, but I'm a bit puzzled why I can not see my video.
