What I can do to avoid a possible charge on my debit card?

Recently I was looking for game rentals online video sites, and I found rentzero.com, which is a terrible place. I registered for your free trial of two weeks, but then decided to cancel before being charged. First Instead, the site says you can cancel directly on the site by accessing your account information, or email support. I sent some messages directly on its website asking them to cancel, and I sent at least ten times asking to cancel my subscription. I still have not received a response. I tried to cancel on the site but the page is blank. They have no phone number on your website, so I wonder how I have to contact them. More than two weeks and have I still load, but I want to cancel the registration, not have to wonder if they will try to accuse me of something. Is this what I can do to prevent this?

Once you've done everything you can try to contact the company and resolve the problem (which seems to have), the best bet is to contact your bank, explain the situation to them and ask them to reverse the charges.
