Video Game Lag On Hdtv

Guitar Hero 3 Lag HDTV?

Well here's the situation: I recently purchased a new Samsung 26R88BD and I connect to my xbox 360 through the component cable (since it has an HDMI port). I leave my 360 to 720. When the hero plays the guitar I noticed a little research later, after I discovered HDTV lag … Then stagnated in Guitar Hero 3. The video has been late to 50ms (That is with game mode enabled). I want to know what others are getting the test results of 50 ms and if it is so bad? I just hope that I have a defective TV:) Thanks
